Sean is a renewable energy professional with nearly 20 years of experience in solar, energy storage, and EV infrastructure. He began his career at Sullivan Solar Power in 2008 as one of the company’s first five employees, helping grow it into a $150 million leader in residential and commercial solar. Since then, he has delivered over $1.29 billion in projects through roles at Baker Electric and EDF Renewables, overseeing multi-megawatt solar, battery, and EV charging deployments for clients such as Sysco Foods, Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Research Institute, Sharp Hospital, Sycuan Casino & Resort, and Camp Pendleton.
In addition to his large-scale work, Sean has managed a full residential solar company, giving him hands-on knowledge of every stage of the homeowner experience. NABCEP-certified and active as an industry mentor and leader, he has trained teams, lectured at San Diego State University, and served on the executive committee of NABCEP and the San Diego Renewable Energy Society. Today, through Easy Switch Solar, he helps businesses and property owners adopt renewable energy with confidence, with a focus on EV charging deployment and integrated clean energy strategies.
